URL Shortening and Link Cloaking - http://scrnch.me This is the best service of it's kind, with more free features than any other I've seen (and you won't believe what you get, if you're willing to pay a small monthly fee). Some of these are very straightforward memberships, others show a little more thought.  A lot of how you set yours up depends on the audience you want to attract, and what you provide for your members - but the RAP Membership Plus Add On gets the job done!
